User Data Deletion

1. Send us a WhatsApp message at +971 50 202 4875 with the words “Meta data deletion request”.
2. Include your full name and the email address or phone number connected to your Facebook or Instagram account. Do not send your password.
3. If available, include your Meta user ID or a screenshot that helps us identify the relevant interaction.

We will acknowledge your request and may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise the information associated with the applicable Meta-connected service within 30 days and confirm completion through the contact method you provided.

Some information may be retained when required by healthcare, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security obligations. Any retained information will be limited to what is required, protected appropriately, and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.

You can also remove an app’s access from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing access stops future sharing through that permission, but it may not delete information already received by us; use the steps above for a deletion request.
