Terms of Service
Effective date: 12 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Altamuze Medical Center website and its connected online and Meta services. By using these services, you agree to these terms.
1. General information only
Content on this website and our social channels is provided for general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace an examination or consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Medical emergencies
Our website, social media accounts and messaging channels are not emergency services. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately.
3. Appointments and communications
An online or messaging enquiry does not create a clinician-patient relationship or guarantee an appointment. Appointment times, clinicians, services and prices are subject to confirmation. Please provide accurate information and avoid sending highly sensitive medical information through unsecured channels.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse our services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, or use our services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Third-party services
Our services may link to or integrate with third parties, including Meta, WhatsApp and Google. Their products are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s text, branding, layout and other original content are owned by or licensed to Altamuze Medical Center and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep our online services accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Altamuze Medical Center is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, these online services.
8. Privacy and data deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Instructions for requesting deletion of information associated with our Meta apps are available on the Data Deletion page.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. We may update them from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
